This is the third call for a problem with my tankless Rinnai heater not operating properly.
Keera's approach was methodical and thorough. She found a couple of poor electrical connections that other techs did not. She spent a bit of time diagnosing gas pressure, water flow, including replacing the gas pressure valve and still the problem persisted.
Her final effort was to remove a small section of the gas line, only to find a pipe cover in the line blocking the gas flow and making the unit inoperable.
