Mr. Alejandro Rojas did a great job and even went what I felt was above and beyond. I have a brand new home. That's not even a year old and he noticed that the drain pipe on the outside of the house was too high and wasn't allowing proper drainage of the humidity water and reduce the size of it for a proper drainage. He checked out my whole system and noticed that the fan motor was making a noise which I thought was normal and he also ordered that part to replace as well so I did not have any more unplanned downtime. Hopefully, every time I need maintenance either, he will do it or someone just as good as him will perform the work.
Jamie LeBron was Very professional, Very polite and fixed our a/c problem right away. It was after 6pm when he showed up and he didn’t make us feel like he was rushing to take care of us and he was in a great, happy mood which made us more relaxed about our situation.
Another reason we stick with Bayonet.

Andrew was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. He came within a few hours of my call and fixed my A/C in less than an hour. I highly recommend!!

Alejandro came out to service my HVAC system and he walked me through all of the nuances of how the system functions. He also showed me things to do around the house to help maintain the unit's functionality and longevity. Alejandro was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable and I appreciate the great job that he did. I will definitely be requesting him for my next scheduled maintenance!

Bernard Hernandez was a "5" - Excellent.
He was extremely thorough and took extra time to explain things to me. The best technician I've had from Bayonet to date by far. In fact, I enrolled for another 12-month maintenance term and would like Bernard to be "my guy" for the next 2 scheduled services, whenever they may be.
