Coronavirus Update

Dear Friends,

As the situation surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we wanted to let our valued customers know what our policy is during this time. Our office is open and our service and installation crews are working and are here for you. Below are the measures that we have implemented to help protect our team and our customer's during this time:

• We are not allowing any staff to come to work who show signs of getting sick. If anyone in their home is sick, they are staying home.
• We wash our hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water.
• We cover our nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing.
• We have as few team members working in the office as possible. 
• Staff that works in homes have elevated their sanitization procedures and have protective gear to wear into the homes we visit.
• Please don't be offended if we don't shake hands! We will be practicing social distance protocols at home visits. 

PLEASE NOTE: Phone systems nationwide are under an unprecedented amount of strain. Please be patient if calls do not go through. Please feel comfortable calling again, emailing us at service@bayonet-inc.com, text messaging us at (727) 201-0544. We are dedicated to staying available for all our customers throughout this crisis. With everything else happening, the last thing you need is a service interruption or plumbing issue. 

Air Purification 

There is much to consider regarding this outbreak and its possible transmission in your home. While there are various and effective indoor air quality measures available to help protect your safety, including duct sanitization, air purifiers, and whole home filtration products, but they alone cannot protect from all forms of COVID-19 transmission. It is important to follow all official guidelines for preventing the spread of this virus.
