So, as of today July 3, 2025, I am updating my original review of previously rated 3 stars to 5 stars for Bayonet! The technicians who came today to service my hvac and plumbing systems were timely, worked efficiently, and professional…Michael and Henry! I received 2 separate, in advance, text messages with their name and photos and their approximate arrival time. When I get my next annual service, I will ask for them to come again if they are willing! Also, I liked that they were prepared with shoe covers. No nonsense and job completed within a reasonable timeframe! Thank you, Bayonet!
2024 Review:John was timely for his appointment and he raised the waste water pipe as per the request of my service call. However, I would have given him 5??, but he didn't make an effort to bring the work to the correct level in which I was told by a professional contractor and that the waste water pipe should be about 2-3" above grade. John only raised it to grade level.
Abraham came out to service our AC and did an excellent job! He is very knowledgeable and friendly! He explained everything along the way and I would highly recommend his service's!
